投资

时常都听人讲投资的么会赚钱啊,都不知是不是???
好啦,终於有勇气拿出少少钱来投资啦,就当完下咯,
都不好想会赚很多钱啦不好亏就心满意足。。。

ytd was visit a new apartment show unit at serdang just oposite n near by the mines, actualy my cousin is an agent who ask me to go n hv a look, tat apartment had declare as a UPM campus apartment so he just ask me to make an invesment(buy atleast 1 unit) cos the rental to student are RM1000/mth, when u heard tat thn will very very interest on that. Sory, talk so much also hv tel the unit price yet, 1 unit 907sq cos RM183000, offer price = (RM183000 - 10%) + RM5k down payment. Do u guys think worth it???

Q3. Izit fully furnish (basic furnish) with add on aircond, equipped with kitchen stove & cutlery?

A: It doesn’t specify permanent or short period.

Q2. For RM18300 (907sq), how many bed rooms/study room/store room & toilet(s)?
A: The Selling price is RM18300 but the buying price is RM170000 for 3 bedroom, 2 tiolet, balcony.

A: It’s fully furnish(3 basic bedrooms set + 2 water heater) but not aircond, no kitchen stove & cutlery

Q4. How about car park (most of them will only give one)?
A: Only provide 1 car park, additional don’t know how much, 640 units and 800++ car parks

Q5. How about the monthly service charge?
A: Monthly maintenances fees RM105, but as normal after few yrs the fees sure will increase I think around RM0.15 /sq

Q6. Security wise?
A: Each Unit will provide 1 security tag

Q7. Can get finance from which bank?
A: Haven check yet, but I think their financial bank are RHB n CIMB

Q8. RM1K rental per month for the UPM’s students. Does the UPM's student union rent your apartment out or you have to find an agent to rent your apartment by yourself? This is important, and it's make a big differents.
A: RM1k rental is UPM student union rent on contract basis not agent at this moment but after contract end you may get agent to look for tenant


Conclusion : I may not go for it bcos I plan to get a house for my own 1st

Ehh u wanna buy house or condo ? There is one condo now still building, near Kuchai Lama 鸿图园,nearby eat dimsum there, my friend bought already and he said not bad.

i haven visit the condo yet leh, u also interested ah, come lets go visit togather lah, tis condo will complete on 2009, now a day percentage of house complete in estimated time are very less especialy condo/apartment, so i think this is the biger risk

if can afford thn sure go for landed property loh, but now i think better go for condo/appartment lah
